The Eucharist at the Heart of Our Lives – When Love Becomes a Gift of Life
This spiritual retreat is for young women ages 16 to 39 who wish to pause, refocus, and deepen their relationship with Christ through the Eucharist, in an atmosphere of silence, prayer, and fellowship.
Held at the Monastery of the Redemptoristines in Sainte-Thérèse, this retreat offers an immersion into the spiritual life, following the rhythm of liturgical prayer and Eucharistic adoration, in a simple, peaceful, and welcoming setting.
During these three days, participants will be invited into a special time to nourish their faith, listen to the Word of God, and allow themselves to be transformed by the love given in the Eucharist.

Mass
Teachings and spiritual conversations
Eucharistic adoration
Opportunity for confession
Extended time for personal prayer and silence
Meditated Rosary
Psalms sung with the sisters

Arrival: Friday at 5:00 p.m.
Departure: Sunday after dinner
